Grilled Marinated Salmon

4 Servings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to a very high heat.
  2. Rinse the salmon steaks and pat them dry.
  3. In a shallow bowl large enough to fit the fish teaks, whisk together all the other ingredients.
  4. Marinate the salmon for 15 to 30 minutes, turning them from time to time to coat both sides.
  5. Grill the fish for 5 minutes on each side, or until crisp on the outside. The caramelization of the marinade will brown the skin.
  6. Serve immediately.
